Manufacturing

Unity Aviation Canada Ltd. Will manufacture aeronautical products in accordance with Transport Canada approved data under:

1. A Type Certificate;
2. A Supplemental Type Certificate;
3. A Part Design Approval;
4. A Technical Standard Order (TSO); or
5. Under a licensing agreement for the manufacture of type approved products.

Unity Aviation Canada Ltd. will manufacture aeronautical products in accordance with foreign documents equivalent to a design approval issued by Transport Canada, for example a Supplemental Type Certificate issued by the FAA.
